Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians while overseeing client services and supervision. The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized behavior plans and partnering with families for effective outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold MA/MS in ABA or related field, have at least two years of experience in behavior analytic services, and possess a valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned areas. DOE pay.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision
• Oversee services for clients
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement
