Qualifications
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within assigned areas and meet onboarding requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
- Oversee services for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
- Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
