Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help develop individualized intervention plans within a supportive clinical team in Southern California.

Ideal candidates hold MA/MS in ABA or related fields, bring at least 2 years of experience in behavior analytics, and have a valid driver's license with travel willingness. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities and strong professional development.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
