Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor (CS) to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help families implement individualized behavior plans within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision
• Oversee services for clients
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement
