Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Southern California is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee services, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children and young adults.

You will partner with families, ensure documentation and compliance, and contribute to a collaborative clinical team. A MA/MS in ABA or Psychology and at least two years of relevant experience are required; BCBA coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing or implementing ABA services.
• BCBA coursework units preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Onboarding and pre-employment requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching and supervision.
• Oversee client services and ensure quality.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families through training and communication.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with funding sources.
