Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor in Southern California to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and implement personalized behavior plans. You will collaborate with families and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality ABA care.

Required are an MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field and at least 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
