Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and develop individualized intervention plans. You will partner with families to support training and collaboration, while ensuring clinical quality and compliance with funding sources.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision
• Oversee services for clients
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement
