Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients and ensure quality of interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans with families.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration to support progress.
• Ensure documentation, funding compliance, and clinical quality; foster a culture of excellence.
