Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Southern California is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and help design individualized behavior intervention plans to support children and young adults toward meaningful progress.

You will partner with families through training and collaboration, ensure clinical quality and funded documentation, and grow within a supportive, mission-driven ABA team.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
