Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, overseeing client services and implementing individualized behavior plans. You will collaborate with families, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance within our Southern California programs.

The role requires MA/MS in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of behavior analytic experience. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are expected; wage is $22–$28/hr DOE with

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
