Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, supervise services, and develop individualized intervention plans. You will collaborate with families to support progress and ensure clinical quality and compliance with funding sources.

Applicants should hold an MA/MS in ABA or Psychology, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel within assigned areas.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
