Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps seeks a traveling ABA clinician to support clients in-homes, in-schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at our San Dimas clinic. The role involves supervising BTs/RBTs, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.

You will monitor progress, analyze data, provide parent training, and collaborate with the clinical team. A Master’s in ABA is required; BACB approval and BCBA/BCaBA progression are valued; travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required; Masters course must be VCS approved by the BACB.
• Bachelor’s degree with proof of enrollment in Master’s Program is acceptable.
• BCaBA or pursuing BCBA; 2+ years of ABA experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.).
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with clinical team.
