Achieving True Self (ATS) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for young clients. You will mentor BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff, supporting families to sustain progress beyond sessions and ensuring ethical, high-quality care across teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland license as a Behavior Analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs and provide mentorship.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to support progress beyond sessions.
• Collect and analyze data and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain high standards of care and professional ethics.
