Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Auditor to oversee ABA services across subcontracted vendors. You will audit treatment plans, monitor progress, and train caregivers to ensure fidelity to the ASD treatment plan.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of ASD experience. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential; travel up to 50% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field and BCBA certification.
• Experience with ASD in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of ABA-based interventions and clinical leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontracted vendor programs for quality assurance.
• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports.
• Ensure active authorization and monitor participant progress toward goals.
• Address vendor/parent concerns and ensure appropriate level of care.
• Prepare monthly caseload status reports and follow-up on issues.
• Participate in monthly meetings and vendor audits; assist with reports.
