Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods for group and individual therapies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Perform regular wellness checks.
• Adhere to facility and licensing standards.
