Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Santa Clarita, CA is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through ABA-based, one-on-one support.

You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, provide at least 15 therapy hours per week, and collaborate with families and the care team to achieve meaningful outcomes. Part-time with potential for full-time growth; paid training and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in education, childcare, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children/teens with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide at least 15 therapy hours per week.
• Record data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and teammates.
