Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in home and at centers. You will receive weekly supervision from supervising BCBA and regular check-ins to ensure sessions run smoothly.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with the clinical team to maintain high-quality care. In-home model offers robust clinical support and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependability, consistency and reliability to support child’s success.
• Active engagement and positive attitude in home-based ABA sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in supervision meetings and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with the clinical team.
