Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will be supported by BCBA supervision, mentorship, and structured onboarding to develop your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
