Job summary

Strides Therapeutic Services in Vancouver, WA is seeking energetic Behavior Therapists to join our in-person clinic. You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, implementing treatment plans and collecting data under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and clinical instructions.
• Comfort with collecting and documenting behavioral data.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and follow supervisory guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services–related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement written treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data to measure client progress.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors, fellow therapists, and client caregivers.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and structured therapy environment.
