Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You’ll work directly in families’ homes under a BCBA supervisor, applying individualized behavior plans and collecting data to track progress.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or be pursuing relevant education, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Growth opportunities exist within the network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education
• Ability to implement ABA intervention plans in-home environments

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
