Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a School Readiness Behavior Therapist to support children ages 5–12 in Aurora, CO. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow personalized treatment plans, and help children develop communication, social, and independent living skills through play-based activities.

Hours are 12:00 pm–6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday mornings. No relocation required; immediate start dates available and paid RBT training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA-based teaching strategies is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with children aged 5–12 in a school-based setting.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification and complete paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 5–12.
• Follow customized treatment plans and collect simple data.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and maintain therapy space.
