Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Gilbert, AZ, is hiring a School Readiness Behavior Therapist to work with children aged 5–12 in the ABC Academy program. You’ll provide play-based ABA therapy, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers guaranteed full-time hours with paid training, RBT certification, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll be scheduled 12:00 pm–6:30 pm on weekdays, with Saturday mornings as described, at our Gilbert

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5 to 12 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
