Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Allen, TX is seeking a School Readiness Behavior Therapist to support children ages 5–12 with play-based ABA therapy. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect simple data, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Based in a full-time role, the position offers structured training to earn an RBT certification and a schedule that includes after-school hours and some Saturdays. You’ll help children learn through play and movement.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA-based teaching and data collection preferred.
• High school diploma or higher required; RBT certification training provided.
• Ability to work with children aged 5–12 in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5–12 using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic data.
• Facilitate learning through play, reading, games and activities.
• Remain active during sessions and ensure a safe therapy space.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to growth.
• Support a nearby sister clinic if needed.
