Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Aurora, CO is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities.

The role offers predictable daytime hours, full-time scheduling, and opportunities for growth within ABC. Training is provided and RBT certification is supported.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Must be 18+ with high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques.
• Follow treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
