Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children with autism from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in a center-based setting, delivering 1-1 treatment with BCBAs and families in clients' homes.

Hours are Monday–Friday afternoons, with a requirement to work 5 weekdays. The role offers paid training, potential for part-time or full-time hours, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment focused

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of individualized treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Communicate with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions (various activities).
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
