Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health in North Carolina seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and engage families during sessions in clinic, home, and community settings.

This in-person role offers Monday–Friday schedules, no weekends, a supportive team, lower caseloads, and pathways for growth, with paid training and professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days – paid training provided).
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields).
• Ability to think on your feet and create a positive learning environment for children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation to clinic and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions.
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children.
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team.
