Job summary

Autism 360 is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to start or grow a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will provide one-on-one therapy to children in a structured setting, building communication, social, and daily living skills while working toward individualized goals.

We offer paid training and onboarding from day one, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, stable weekly hours, and strong BCBA coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.
• Ability to stay active throughout the day, including sitting, standing, walking, and running as needed.

Responsibilities

About the Role
