Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Raleigh, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and support kids as they learn through engaging activities.

This role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, a pathway for RBT certification, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative clinic team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and engaging young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
