Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking team members for their ABA therapy services to help children with autism. Candidates will implement behavior intervention plans and provide 1:1 therapy based on BCBA protocols. The role involves data collection and effective communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification in good standing preferred.
• Must have a mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized behavior intervention plans focusing on skill development.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols.
• Collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes.
• Communicate effectively with BCBA, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress.
