Job summary

ICBD is expanding its ABA Centers network in Trumbull, CT, offering roles for Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Starting hourly rates are $22.25 for BT and $24.60 for RBT, with strong support for training, mentorship, and career progression.

Positions require available hours Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, with paid training and potential referral bonuses. We value growth, mentorship, and inclusive opportunities in autism care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields preferred.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• Prior exposure to ABA services considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
