Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in a school setting, primarily in Corona/Riverside, CA and surrounding cities. The role involves applying ABA techniques with students from pre-K to high school, and working either 1:1 or as a classroom aide.

Responsibilities include assisting teachers, maintaining student engagement toward behavioral goals, and providing consistent communication with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA and behavior support in school settings.
• Background in childcare or educational support is helpful.
• Ability to work in 1:1 or classroom support roles.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
