Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You’ll work directly with students in school settings, providing 1:1 ABA-based behavioral support under BCBA guidance, helping with communication, social skills, and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or in a behavioral setting preferred.
• ABA experience or an RBT certification is preferred but not required for all opportunities.
• Ability to successfully complete required state and federal background checks and school-based credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students using ABA under BCBA guidance.
• Support students in goals outlined in IEPs, including behavior, communication, social skills, independence, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document data on student behavior and skill development; communicate observations to BCBA and school team.
• Help students build independence across classroom routines, transitions, and learning activities.
• Use proactive, evidence-based strategies to reinforce positive behaviors.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school personnel to ensure consistency across environments.
