Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You will provide 1:1 ABA-based support under BCBA guidance, helping students progress toward IEP goals and develop communication, social, and independence skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or RBT certification preferred but not required for all opportunities.
• Ability to complete state and federal background checks and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students using ABA under BCBA guidance.
• Support students toward IEP goals including behavior, communication, social skills, and independence.
• Collect and document data on behavior and progress; communicate with BCBA and school team.
• Help students build independence in classroom routines, transitions, and learning activities.
• Use evidence-based strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and handle challenging situations.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to ensure consistency.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to strengthen skills.
