Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in Sonoma Valley, CA and surrounding areas. You will provide ABA-based behavioral and educational support, either 1:1 or in a general classroom setting, to students from pre-K to high school.

Responsibilities include ensuring students stay on task, communicating effectively with children and staff, and assisting with movement and activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and ABA settings.
• Ability to provide either 1:1 or classroom-based support.
• Strong communication with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral and educational support in 1:1 or classroom settings.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with students and staff.
• Be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Support implementation of ABA strategies to help behavioral goals.
