Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring Behavior Technicians to support children and individuals with developmental needs in clinic and home-based ABA services.

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized plans under supervision, work 1:1 or small groups, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and a clinical team to promote communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in clinic and/or home settings.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and support treatment decisions.
• Follow clinical guidance and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs.
• Provide feedback regarding client progress, barriers, and areas of need.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful approach with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Follow all safety, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures.
