Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder through in-home and community ABA therapy. You’ll work with BCBAs and families to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a supportive, growth‑minded team.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to travel to client sessions. Must be 21+, have 60 college credits or 6 months of relevant experience or an active RBT, and be available

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old per MA state requirements
• Minimum availability 3 days/week for at least 10 hours/week, after 3 PM
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions
