Job summary

Rebound Home & Community Therapies seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will help build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills toward individualized goals.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team. Training and BCBA supervision are provided to support growth and competency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• RBT certification preferred; training is available.
• Must be dependable, patient, professional, and willing to learn.
• Must meet physical demands of ABA services (active play, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Under the supervision of a BCBA, BTs help clients build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills while working toward individualized treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in center, home, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans and teaching programs developed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete required session documentation.
• Support clients with communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Maintain client safety and confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Maintain reliable attendance and assigned client schedules.
• Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings.
