Job summary

Behavioral Framework is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism and their families. The role includes implementing tailored behavior plans, collecting data, and coordinating with a BCBA supervisor to monitor progress.

Applicants should have experience with children with special needs, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow through on documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor.
• Support children in building meaningful life and social skills.
