Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families affected by autism. The role focuses on teaching communication, play, and social skills in home, school, or center environments, with play-based sessions and ongoing staff training.

A passion for working with children, flexibility to train toward RBT/BCBA, and a positive, energetic attitude are valued. Compensation is hourly and includes growth opportunities and education support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma. College coursework a plus.
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs and be comfortable with physical activity in home environments.
• Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Teach children and families in natural environments, often in the home, to improve communication, play, waiting, and other essential skills.
• Deliver sessions using play-based activities and provide training to staff as needed.
• Support families and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure a positive, respectful work environment.
