Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Escondido, CA seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You will implement behavior support plans, track progress, and collaborate with families and BCBAs in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

The role requires 60 college credits or 6 months of related experience or RBT certification, 3 days per week at least 10 hours, reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of recent work with children with developmental disabilities, OR an active RBT certification.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving to client locations.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week, after 3 PM, for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Communicate clearly with families and team members.
• Maintain energy and professionalism with active ke y d o d s (typo corrected) kids.
