Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and maintain engaging, energetic sessions.

Minimum 21 years old with MA requirements, 60 college credits or RBT certification, and reliable transport for client sessions. Flexible after 3 PM availability is preferred, with 10–15 hours weekly.

Qualifications
