Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician/RBT to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD in Perris, CA. You will work with families, track progress, and apply behavior support plans with energetic, engaging interactions.

Ideal candidates bring 60 college credits or an RBT certification, with availability after 3 PM and reliable transportation to client locations. Travel is supported by the company.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of relevant experience OR an active RBT Certification.
• Must be available at least 3 days per week for 10+ hours weekly, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation to client sessions.
• Ability to use a smartphone or similar device to capture session data.
