Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in person with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions under supervision, collect progress data, and support daily living and communication skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and ongoing training to enhance behavioral health outcomes. This is a full- or part-time in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in assessments and intake processes to gather information.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families, educators and other professionals.
• Participate in trainings to enhance behavioral health skills.
• Support clients in developing social and daily living skills.
