Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician Trainee to complete a comprehensive paid training program and pursue RBT certification. You will deliver play-based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis, supporting children with autism and developing communication and daily living skills.

After certification, you will work under supervision to implement evidence-based interventions, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for working with children and supporting individuals with autism.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally within the ABA field.
• Compassionate, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis.
• Help children build communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Support reduction of challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions.
• Work closely with supportive and encouraging team members.
• Utilize a company-provided iPad for data collection and session documentation.
• Work under the supervision and support of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
