This entry-level position offers part-time hours, $22 per hour starting pay, paid training and certifications (RBT, Safety Care, CPR), benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, communications disorders, education or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate proactively and professionally with clients, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours and accurate data collection.
• Follow treatment plans across multiple environments (center, home, community).
• Assist with sessions coverage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
