Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

Expect 15-20 hours weekly, with pay between $21 and $26 per hour and a focus on compassionate, client-centered care. You will implement goals under BCBA supervision, document progress via a mobile app, and engage families in understanding behavior plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social, communication, and behavioral goals.
• Implement goals and programs per the individualized Behavior Plan by BCBA.
• Document progress using a mobile app per Behavior Plans and supervisor instructions.
• Provide services primarily in clients' homes with some sessions at local schools.
• Support families by delivering true behavior support services and crisis intervention.
