Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in homes and schools.

You’ll implement goals from BCBA plans, document progress with our mobile app, and support families with a compassionate, team-based approach. Pay is $21-$26 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn social and communication skills and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Implement goals from individualized Behavior Plans designed by BCBA.
• Document progress using a mobile app and maintain records.
• Provide services primarily in clients' homes with some school visits.
• Support families and collaborate with BCBA/BT team.
