Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one therapy to children with autism, following BCBA-developed plans and collecting data to track progress.

Position is full-time at a daycare site in Mannington Township, NJ with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 10:00am–3:30pm. The role offers a $18–$25/hour pay range and a $200 sign-on bonus, with local travel and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
