Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve daily living skills.

You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA's and the care team while maintaining ethical standards and charting progress. Flexible schedule options offered to fit afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Available at least 15 hours weekly in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensation).
• Must pass criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, and provide immunity proof.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and clinical notes for each session per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow all ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training by providing overlaps and shadowing.
