Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve daily living skills. You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams in various settings.

The role offers paid training, flexible schedules, weekend shifts, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours, with a supportive environment and career development.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience: at least 6 months with individuals with disabilities or related exposure.
• Availability: at least 15 hours weekly in afternoons/evenings; sessions 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Age: must be 18 or older.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Requirements: pass background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, immunity proof.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical ABA standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
